Fix common issues with Microsoft Office apps

To fix common issues, such as crashing, not loading or some error messages, you can repair your Microsoft Office apps.

Go to:

Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise – en-us >Modify

This needs admin to run, and will show the following options.

Try the Quick Repair first, but if that doesn’t fix your issue you can try the Online Repair.

Reboot the computer and sign back in to Office.
